On the second day, we woke up at 8.30am. Partially thanks to the birds outside the house for giving us ‘morning call’. A damn loud and annoying morning call!
Again, both Kim and Fatt already woke up and almost ready to go, with me still in the bed. I thought of asking them to leave without me again, but changed my mind later on.
20 minutes walk later, we arrived at Curtin Uni’s library. Then we had breakfast at the café outside it. Me and Kim took the croissant with bacon and cheese in it. After eating half way, I realize that mine does not comes with the bacon and cheese!! Wtf……. Got a free replacement anyway.

After breakfast, we went get our student ID card. Me and Fatt then went to check out for any houses for rents nearby. To our surprise, there are still some available rooms on campus! After a quick tour at Vickery House and Kurajong Village, we decided to take up Vickery as it will be closer to our faculty (5mins walking). Kurajong on the other hand will be almost double the distance, but closer to Waterford Shopping Plaza where Coles is situated in it.
We were quite lucky as right after we sign up, many people actually came in and tried to get the rooms!!! Lucky no. 1 for the day and Lucky no.2 for the 2 days. A girl was actually quite boh song at us… LOL…..

Anyway, we meet up with Kevin, who then fetch us for lunch in the suburb where he stays (Victoria Park). We had Indonesia food at Bintang Café. The Kevin brought us to some park overlooking the city. As I said, Perth is super tiny compared to KL. Before we actually reach the park, Kim suddenly burst into laughter…. We were like wtf..... He then point toward a car and ask us to look at the antenna. So I’ll leave to the imagination of u guys to determine why he laughed ( we all laughed anyway.. LOL)

Kevin told us since this is where the Swan River meets the ocean, sometimes we are able to see some dolphins, if lucky. After took some pics, suddenly we spotted 2 dolphins swimming towards the jetty!!!! Lucky no.2 for the day and Lucky no.3 for the 2 days.! The dolphin caught a fish and tossed it around.. Don’t your mama told u not to play with ur food?
Had dinner in a Chinese restaurant in the city. And since it is Friday, the city opens until 9pm. Lucky no.3 of the day. So we walked around and saw quite a few of those XXX shops and strip clubs. We did not went in, but I will bring u guys in when u come over. LOL. Shah will then forget about the ‘Hong Kong’!
Yet Han told us that it’s Friday that most of the ugly stuffs will happen in the city. As it opens till late night, many people will get drunk and walk and groups, becomes rowdy and cause troubles. Even the cops are afraid of them.
Anyway, we reached home almost 12pm, taking the last bus to our place for the night. Thanks Kevin and Yet Han again for bringing us around.
